Tried to order online. Get told they don't deliver to our area. Ring the store to be told they don't deliver even though we spoke to someone else, also dismissive, who eventually put an order through for us and we have ordered many times from them before. Get told that the website does deliver, so go back on the website to be told, surprise! it doesn't deliver to our area. An absolute joke. Noone will help and their website needs updating. We have this issue every time we order.

Ordered vegan pepperoni and was given normal pepperoni. Called the store and they said for it to be taken back to store as long as whole order returned we could be refunded. We did not eat any of the vegan chicken pieces and left the rest of the large pizza (only one bite was taken). Store manager called back to say there was nothing wrong with the pizza and we were not allowed a refund or replacement. We are £25 down and no food at all. He was adamant the pizza was vegan. Well either it was vegan and very undercooked or it was real meat. Either way we are £25 down with no food as he refused a replacement. Food wasn't touched except for one bite. Very disappointing and will be in touch with head office tomorrow.

Very slow delivery. The app promised 20-35 minutes. The reality was 65 minutes, meaning that one family member had to leave before the food arrived. I phoned and complained and the staff were totally unapologetic and say we were lucky to get it in less than two hours. Avod for delivery!

Waited over an hour for cold food to arrive. Told by the rude kid on the phone that it wasn't their problem due to multiple road closures which wasn't true. Not the first time this shop has failed to deliver. Probably not the last either. Winners!!

I love dominos from all aspects but no half/half option anoys me as f.k.
Having 2 kids who likes only sweet and plain and each of them eats max 2 slices makes me no dominos for me.
I'll come back with 5* whet this option is back.

Placed an order that never arrived. after 50 minutes tracking showed my order as being delivered, however the tracker never showed the driver even on my street. waited another 20 minutes but still nothing. phoned the shop and told that they had attempted delivery and to contact me but had no answer, explained that noone had attempted delivery or to phone me, offered to send order out again with estimation of 20 minutes delivery time (at this point that would bring us to just under 2 hours from order being placed). At this point i requested a refund to be told that wouldnt be possible as they had "attempted delivery", i asked for proof of this attempted delivery or contact (would be easy to check call logs),and asked to speak to manager. i was placed on hold then after 5 minutes the original person came back and said that they could refund my order. 24 hours later i have not been refunded.

DIABOLICAL!!!!! How difficult is it to get 2 pizzas delivered within the selected time slot?! Ordered my kids pizzas to arrive at 19:30. They eventually turned up, almost stone cold, at 20:15. Manager apparently wasn?t available to take a call when I called at 20:00!!! If you want a hot pizza, delivered on time?..DO NOT USE DOMINO?S SALISBURY - 100% the worst pizza in town.
