My parcel was delivered to the wrong address.\\nThe driver stated that I had signed for it when I hadn't, no one signed for it.\\nIn addition the driver left 2 other parcels for other people with my parcel (luckily we know these people and collected our parcel and delivered the others).\\nLazy poor customer service and very poor security for my parcel.\\nI have tried to complain about the DHL site and got no response at all.
