Automatic doors were not working, so someone had to try and open them. Very quiet at 10.50a.m. sat in quite a few settees, but very few had leads, so we couldn't get any ideas of how the bottom and back of settee angled. So no custom from us at DFS.

After the 7th attempt to deliver a piece of furniture purchased last year! Nov24.. wasn't what we paid for.. fuming!!

Excellent Service and a Stress-Free Experience
I had a great experience at DFS, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben. He introduced himself when we arrived and made it clear that he was available to help if we had any questions, without being pushy or overbearing. When we did have questions, Ben was very informative and took the time to find the answers to anything he didn?t have readily available.
When we decided to make a purchase, Ben made the process smooth and stress-free. He even offered us a hot drink, which was a thoughtful touch. Throughout the purchase process, he explained everything clearly and ensured we fully understood each step, making it all very easy to follow.
Overall, the combination of excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere, and helpful staff made this a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend DFS and Ben for anyone looking for a new sofa!

Avoid at all costs. DFS attempted to deliver the sofa I bought, in the process they completely damaged the property wall, leaving marks and removing paint off the wall. Worst of all - when I contacted customer service they completely denied any wrong doing and stated I don?t have evidence to prove they caused the damage. This is despite showing them time stamped photos. In summary they will damage your home and then deny all responsibility after.

I find it hard when staff are not wearing name badges and uniforms to distinguish staff from customers so asking someone for help was impossible. Eventually someone asked if I was okay and from there was brillaint but this laid back aproach to uniforms is confusing.
