For the last 5 months I have been to Curry?s in Salisbury to buy numerous items. Not once have I been able to walk out of the shop with what I went there to buy. No stock. Empty shelves. I get told ?oh? you can order it on line?. No wonder so many shops are closing when this is the service that you get.

Went to buy a new TV. Sasha was really helpful and answered all of our questions. He gave us all the information we were asking for and helped us make the right decision with our purchase.

When the assistant asked if I needed help very young lad the sense is he didn't really want to ask and it felt he was very bored...just said whati wanted to hear.

Total waste of time coming into the store. Nothing in stock other than what?s on display but you can?t buy that, oh no, it must have a going going gone sticker on it to be able to do that! Can only order for delivery which costs you an extra £20 btw for the privilege of waiting 5 days for it to arrive (as that?s their next earliest delivery slot)
What?s the point having a shop if someone can?t walk out with what they need!!

Great range of stock, staff need to be more proactive asking if customers need assistance, I was looking for staff for 10+ minutes to ask for advice as they had all 'disappeared' overall good shop

Went to buy a £2000 TV and salesman told me he would give 10% because discount I have a blue light badge, but only if I bought a second item, I agreed but then when I went to pay he told me because I wouldn't take extended warranty, I wouldn't get my discount. This was so wrong on so many levels, I walked out. Went online and found the TV cheaper at another store, so I came back in to get a price match and everyone got so rude with me. Finally did the price match and I took the TV home, only to find out they have me the totally wrong TV. Had to go back and exchange. I called support to report this but nobody has got back to me. Avoid.

You have stock on the shelves but no stock to buy,28/10/24 you lost over a £150 sale,if you sell something restock,very poor stock control.

Very helpful staff ..Matt is very experienced and knowledgeable. He sorted an issue with the Laptop, worth paying for Insurance repairs.. Another visit re another problem with an oven was sorted out quickly by Peter l.
