Visited this store 2 days ago to buy a TV with my daughter. No sales team approached or where availible to help her when asked. A senior female supervisor was too busy standing in the middle of the quiet store to help. They did inform me someone would be available soon. Jack the warehouse technician passed by and did his best to get someone to help. Eventually someone was available to take her cash for the TV. I was looking at a new drone however when my daughter informed me that they wouldn't accept her Scottish bank notes I just left. Jack the store man earned this star or it would have been Zero if I could. Used other branches before and never been as bad as this place.

Very busy store today I approached a female senior member of staff who wasn't with staff or customers and asked for help and I was directed to the desk near the tills. After waiting a while I turned around to see she was still free so again I asked for help and she came over and told me she still couldn't help and I would have to wait for someone else. The service desk had no one on it at the time I was there, thankfully Matt on the cash register was really helpful and sorted my issue out and I was on my way maybe management could learn some customer service from him. My rating is rated on how helpful he was.

I?ve been standing in this store trying to buy an iPad - literally ready to pay for one, no selling had to be done for me? and the store assistants just ignore us. They wouldn?t walk across the shop to help. I asked the salesman behind the desk and he said he doesn?t work on the floor and he wouldn?t help. Mind blowing. He actually refused. The apathy is pathetic and you?ve made me go buy from someone else.

Really don?t see the point in you having a shop if you don?t stock simple things like irons, why would I just want to look at one to the buy online, i queued 30 mins to get there, went to b&m and got one no problem ?

Absolutely disgusting,!!!! ordered a £2300 TV, paid for slot delivery , removing and recycling the box. Driver arrived late, arrogate people , walked all over bedroom carpet with muddy boots Didn?t unpacked and recycle the box as seems it?s not their job !!!I am sure can spend £2300 on TV somewhere else with some manners!!Just a joke!!!

I went there to buy a microwave and a Google chromecast, the staff is very helpful and polite. The store is 2 floors, quite big, avoid peak time due to traffic on the main road

1 star is a bit far too generous for their service . I would have ideally given a negative rating if I had the option to do so.We went to the store and bought a fridge freezer last week and it was delivered to us in a couple of days for a 'measly' delivery charge of £30. The fridge freezer was missing a couple of trays and was having issues with the frost. We went into the store the next day only to be told that their technician was missing and we had to schedule an inspection by calling up the customer service. Not surprisingly, the sales associate was least bothered about our complaints and nonchalantly told us to contact the customer service.So we called up the customer service again and it had virtually no option to talk to the product 'fridge/freezer'. After being put on hold for a few minutes, I was instructed by the automated voice system that their online customer service wont be able to assist on a faulty product and we will have to revisit the store.We will never ever visit this store again and as inferred from the recent reviews, I doubt anyone would ever visit the store either.

Not enough stock instore. If you want to pay cash, you have to wait longer for delivery to the store. We really are becoming a cashless society.

After excellent customer service from Ben on Sunday, giving us information about certain white goods we?d need for our new flat, we had the opposite this evening. We went in to purchase a fridge and washing machine and was told delivery for Saturday was no longer an option so would have to take the fridge away today (as it was display) and the washing machine would come next week. We decided to hold off on the washing machine but take the fridge. A member of staff brought the fridge out to my partners car and attempted to lift it in to the side door by himself (after my partner said it probably wouldn?t fit through the door). He failed this attempt and scratched the car while doing so. When we went in to talk to him about it he took ages to come down, he took no responsibility and said ?I didn?t hear a bump?. Myself and my partner were going to purchase a washing machine and tv later in the week but we will not be returning due to this experience and ignorance from certain members of staff.
