Impeccable service ! I bought a coat and a bag today from Fred, he is the most helpful charismatic guy ever and knows his stuff. I ve been to the shop twice now to order and collect and both times I ve had staff approach me to make sure they can help and also had a conversation with them all. In this day and age it?s unheard of to get this level of service, normally get ignored in most shops when spending much more £££ Wish I could give you guys 6* and I hope your boss sees this and make sure he is giving you a good Christmas party ! Had great assistance here with fitting a pair of walking boots. It mattered because I was about to set off on a walking holiday but had issues with my heel at the time. Holiday a great success largely thanks to the time and advice given at Cotwolg Outdoors. You can usually find things cheaper online but st some point we all need the personal expertise shops like this offer so worth the extra to make sure they are still around.

I have just had the most pleasant experience with one of the lovely sales assistants yesterday (at 11.45am on 20/2.23)- who?s name I, sadly, failed to retain.I took back an item of clothing that my husband had bought me for a Christmas present as it had a faulty zip. I had no receipt, but I knew the date he had bought it. Straight away, she understood my issue and she sort to resolve the issue. She was kind and understanding and used her proactive skills. She found the receipt on the computer and then telephoned other stores to find a solution! It quite made my day to have a happy a have a cheerful proactive assistant - thank you ?
