I choose this coffee shop due to its convenient location yet now wished I had drank elsewhere given the poor and slow inept customer service which was borne out by the fact that the team failed to clean the dirty table adjacent to mine for the forty five minutes that I was in the shop with the staff seemingly more content at exchanging stories between each other.
The tea was non de-script in taste which was served with a dirty cup.

Exceptionally nice staff, great coffee and delicious biscoff cheesecake. It was nice to be in somewhere where it feels a bit more personal, I don't like the big chain coffee shops. Good place for people watching by the market square, nice atmosphere and now my favourite place on the market square to have coffee

Coffee shop with a heart. Erin has made a wonderful team here who are professional, attentive and so warm. It feels like they know every customer and id they don't...they do by the end of the order. Erin, Rain and Chelsea especially gorgeous staff and I'm afraid I don't know the others names but all as polite and accomodatinf as each other!

Got charged extra for medium roast coffee.Dark roast was free.was not given a choice.I would have thought a dark roast would have cost more to roast or am I just being cynical.Terrible customer service.No justification for the extra charge and no price of this displayed anywhere.Obviously we won?t be visiting here again and would advise anyone else to steer clear of this place.

Salisbury Coffee no 1 does good coffee and ok food snacks too, my only grumble is there's always lots of dirty tables that aren't cleared and they are slow at making coffees when there is a queue
