I just got home from quickly popping in to my local co op, Wilton, Salisbury, North Street.
I had my service dog with me, I don't always but this time I did as I need him today.
I was stood in one of the aisles while another customer came up to me to compliment my dog and tell me about hers. Didn't know her. Still don't know her name.
While this was happening a female colleague, Brown and Pink short hair, kept standing at the end of the aisle and glaring at me. Speaking in her headset about me. Done it a few times. Wherever I went I could feel eyes on me.
Like I was so incredibly unwelcome.
I told this to the man at the checkout and I could see he was holding back a smirk.
He didn't care. He clearly wanted to laugh.
I said how my dog is mental health trained as I have severe PTSD and anxiety.
He didn't even acknowledge what I said and looked to serve the customer behind me.
As someone who previously applied for to work within your company, I have to say, I am incredibly baffled at how you employe people like that and I am incredibly grateful I turned your interview request down.
I would never want to work within a company who laughs at people with mental health and purposely makes them feel unwelcomed in your store.

Over charged at the till for a second time! They seem to ring items through twice, which is something management should keep an eye on!! No receipt given.

Young lady on the till name badge said Sophie needs to sort her attitude. She seemed like she was very put out serving me. No manners, when I said thank you, she just pulled a face.

Good supply of stuff, interesting food you probably wouldn?t find elsewhere. Only two things I don?t like is there?s no self-checkout and the prices change for unreasonable amounts. Will not be buying that much Tropicana anymore.

Been in now 3 times while driving through Wilton and been charged double twice and the staff on the till seriously need a personality. It's very depressing in there no customer service.

Loads of people in there 1 sloath on the till getting served is impossible I'm going to leave my basket of shopping and go somewhere else avoid like the plague
