Manager not interested in helping us after shoes fell apart, known fault with scala shoes, now been confirmed by head office that these shoes have known faults. Sales assistant was helpful and friendly but Manager couldn't even be bothered to speak to us. Clarks have changed their returns policy, you pay a premium price for shoes from clarks but their quality has dropped and they don't care, still trading on the name but shoes don't last.

Exceptional Service from Katrina P. at Clarks Salisbury
I recently visited the Clarks store in Salisbury to purchase shoes for myself and was fortunate to be assisted by Katrina P. From the moment we entered, Katrina?s enthusiasm and personable nature stood out. She was incredibly engaging, taking the time to explain the various shoe ranges and their unique selling points with genuine passion.
While I was the one shopping, my wife was equally impressed, particularly with the ?Polden Moc? range. Katrina mentioned these were her favorite shoes and the most comfortable she?d ever worn. It?s a testament to her authenticity and product knowledge. It?s a slight disappointment that this range is only available in men?s sizes, as my wife was eager to get a pair for herself.
Katrina?s dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience is truly commendable. Her ability to connect with customers, share insightful information, and maintain a warm demeanor made our shopping experience memorable. She embodies the high standards of customer service that Clarks is known for.

Popped in yesterday on the off chance to look at shoes for work. In honesty it?s been years since I went into a Clarks and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Went with my daughter and her twin 3 year old daughters .one was happy to have feet measured other had to be bribed and held by mum .The staff member that served us was so good engaging the girls and being really helpful .girls happy new shoes with not too much drama

We ordered some shoes online and these were delivered timely. The shoes were as described online; one however was a bit tight. We returned it to the store in Salisbury and a refund was processed for us without delay. The staff at the store were friendly and helped us trace our order on the system to enable us get a refund.

Not the cheapest footwear store but probably the best for quality. Great service today from young man serving us. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience.
