Had a great experience trading in my old phone for a new one. Great deal on a lightly used phone with good battery condition. Got the credit for my trade in same day via bank transfer. Nice selection of games too.

a few months ago I came to shop to sell to them a phone and ear pods waiting for 4 days and never heard from them till went back to shop on 5th day and was told my things were not working well . I wondered why they didn?t reach out to me for all this and yet my items are in good conditions . Very bad experience

Me and my wife have just sold and bought a few things through the store in Salisbury.
The team there are very good, and explained everything that was going on. We are happy and would use them again. For buying and selling Tech.

came into cex the other day and the bald man with a patchy beard started being rude and shouting at us saying we have to wait another hour however i already waited 45 mins. i don?t know how this man is still working here. not impressed

Every time I go in to make a purchase recently I take a dvd, box set or blu ray to counter they can?t find the discs
I reserved a peter Kay dvd today for pick up online said shop has 3 in stock so I paid for one for pick up to then get a email saying they have non in stock
About a month ago I went in and brought a box set got home to find one of the discs badly chipped and wouldn?t work took it back for a refund went back a week later seen they had another on the shelf I brought it and when I got home seen it was the same box with the badly chipped disc that does not work when I returned this item the week before they just stuck it back on shelf

The staff where very polite. The store is well stocked. But sad that we went all that way to exchange items only to find they couldn't find the items we wanted, despite the website saying they where in stock at this branch. Bit of a long way to go for nothing. They need to sort out the stock issues. But other than that, the staff where the nicest I have met in a CEX.

Probably the nicest and most professional CEX store I've visited. Had to drive a bit to them to collect an order on arrival we discovered part of the bundle of items was missing. Without hesitation they gave me a part refund so I could order the missing part from another store and have it delivered. Even without the order issue the staff were super helpful and polite.

Mis guided by their staff I bought apple Tv from them when i was making purchase i asked them about return policy as I don't have much info about product . Guy over there said you can return it but didn't tell me only you can get a refund in the form of voucher. I talked to their manager his behaviour was so rude. They don't even want to listen to customer that's how they deal with customers. I suggest CEX to give training to your staff how to talk with customers. Please check their policy on website before you buy from them.
