I am a little late in posting this, nevertheless the sentiments remain the same - what a team. I needed a refurb phone and Peter and Anthony couldn't have been more patient or diligent in helping me find one that suited my needs but didn't cost the earth. They went further by spending a very long time getting my new phone set up and transferring all the data from my prehistoric steam phone. Thanks guys, you went beyond the normal obligations of helping a dinosaur with technology beyond her comprehension.

I bought an iPad Pro from the CC website from the Salisbury store and I have to say, amazing service, guys! Bought Friday lunchtime and it was in the post by 3pm, arrived on the Saturday. Mint condition, only 3 months old for an absolute bargain. Could not fault this store at all! ???

Amazing staff, very helpful. Any issues with an item bought, as in technical issues E.g. with a mobile phone bought from them. Not an issue with the product more my lack of tech savviness! They help and advise and post sales support is second to none.

Bought a Sony xe270 cd player from this store delivered to Northern Ireland. Arrived in a black bag with "fragile" stickers attached which is comical. Chassis and case bent. No effort at all put into this. Pathetic.

My first time in Cash Converters and what a pleasant surprise. The staff - especially Jake were very helpful and friendly and I never had the feeling that they were out to give me as little as possible for my Seamaster Professional (I wish). All the documentation was done quickly and painlessly and Jake and I had a very interesting conversation about watches (he is a horophile) I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

My first time at Cash Converters either here or in Australia (I'm Aussie). A very pleasant experience. I wanted to sell a surplus Dive Watch and found ? Jake? to be very knowledgeable about watches and very pleasant to deal with - as were the other two staff members I talked to. I think he gave me a good price and I never felt that he was trying to offer a ridiculous price. Next time I have a Seamaster Professional to dispose of (I should be so lucky) I will come back to Salisbury. Highly recommended- give them a try. Thank you Cash Converters.

bought a Apple watch as birthday present and when i got it home to give to my fiance we tried to pair it and it had a activation lock on it. Very rookie mistake to not get them to unpair it from the previous owners Apple ID. Will take it back for a refund. not good first impressions
