Nice coffee but painfully slow service. The female baristas were more interested in chatting non stop to each other rather than getting on with their jobs.

I really liked this place, it's very welcoming and spacious, I think it's perfect for studying, the porridge I ordered was very good.
Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean and when I spoke to the waitress we said the same thing as necessary to order, I wasn't really comfortable speaking my English but this wasn't because I had done something wrong. It simply didn't give me much peace of mind.

The upper floor has become a common room for noisy schoolchildren. Can?t hold a conversation. Surprised that management allows this. The kids don?t even buy drinks!

Filthy..... Disappointing as I love Cafe Nero coffee. If the hygiene standards in the toilets at this branch are acceptable to Cafe Nero management then I'd be concerned for anyone eating here. The whole place needs a deep clean. Apparently the toilets were cleaned within the hour according to the chart.....I don't think so !

Well what can I say. The British Legion band who were leading the Remembrance parade went in to Caffè Nero during the break, while the church service was on approximately 45 minutes. We finally got our drinks after 43 minutes of waiting and the slowest service I've ever seen. None of us got to actually drink our hot drinks. We had to leave to go back and resume the parade.

Walked into here today as the door was open and was rudely welcomed to attidude ?we?re closed? you could have been a bit nicer about it. As I walked out there was a little sign which doesn?t make it clear ,if you are closed lock the door to not confuse customers.
