I presented Andy with a unique challenge for my hoist adaptation. Andy, an expert in this field, went above and beyond to find the perfect solution for both my disability and my BMW Gran Coupe. With an Atto Sports Max mobility scooter in the mix, the adaptation process became quite intricate. I was excited to see how Andy would craft a solution that met my specific needs however he exceeded all my expectations with his business partner in crime. Now, the hoist is firmly rooted in the car and works perfectly.

I recently had vehicle adaptions fitted by Andy and can't fault the service provided. Kept up to date with progress and Job completed sooner than expected despite it being over the festive period. Thank you very much for such a friendly, thorough and fantastic service.

Bought a car for my son which needed quite a few things fixed. These guys were amazing, so helpful and thorough. Keptme updated about what needed to be done, kept the car a bit longer and found a tiny fault which was causing a lot of issues. Willalways take the car to them. What I really liked was their positivity and reassurance.

Mercedes S class S500 V8Air conditioning, and leak investigation recently.These gentleman are the best I found in my local area.They?re absolute polite, professional and they explain each and every piece of work they do for those who aren?t mechanical knowledgeable like myself.What I love about this place of business guys as well is when you call in afternoon on my occasions they are consistent with bringing your motor the very next morning. Had my Mot done with Service Stop (do not use them under any circumstances) I was told by them that I needed to pay them 1.5k because my car hadn't passed the mot and that what it would cost to make it road legal again. Called up Brunel and they told me I was being over charged . So I got my car back and took it to brunel , they did another Mot on it and turns out the only thing wrong with the car was there was a bulb that needed changing . Am so grateful for Brunel will be going back to them everytime ! Thanks you

Andy was amazing! Literally amazing! I needed handcontrols fitted to my car. I emailed several companies and rang a few but nobody got back to me. Then I contacted Andy and I was so glad I did. He understood my needs from the start. He made sound suggestions and guided us through the process. We visited him at the garage and he demonstrated the options. Once decided he carried out the work to a very high standard and kept me informed right the way through. The work was finished super quickly. Andy then spent time with me driving around making sure I knew how to work the controls. Andy is one of life's true gems, it is easy to see he loves what he does and genuinely wants the best for each customer and makes time for you. I cannot recommend Brunel highly enough! Superb!
