We asked a variety of the women in the make up department for help .. they were useless and clearly didn?t want to speak to us .. they informed us they had no knowledge of the products even though they had make up brushes tucked into belts .. the eldest was particularly useless .. only one young girl was helpful , the rest shouldn?t be employed .. we won?t be back .. !!!! Also self service tills are awful and take too long .boots is now like a jumble sale .. disgusting ! As we left the older woman with the make up brushes was on her phone outside the store clearly not wanting to work ..!

What happened to the staff in Boots! There were 3 in the make up area charting happily together and nobody else. Had to use self service checkout after spending ages looking for the product I required. Boots bring back people!!!

Had an absolutely horrible experience at Primark with staff being condescending and rude. Afterwards came to Boots, and I?d like to thank the lady at the No7 counter and the lady working on the self service for being so lovely to me and my friend.
We were a bit upset, although maybe not showing it, and your kindness and help really helped to lift our mood after the negative experience we?d just had elsewhere.
Brilliant customer service.

Today I saw Emily (Boots Salisbury) on the No 7 counter, she was absolutely amazing. At the ripe old age that I am, never really paid much attention to make up and shade matching (only guess work when standing in Superdrug choosing what i think is the right foundation). With her cool skin tone device and expertise she colour matched me perfectly and came away with most items after a little pamper make up session. You are amazing Emily and hope that you get the praise you deserve. Thank you x

No shades for any skin tone other than fair/light. Beauty staff have no real understanding of shade matching/undertones and especially any shade darker than fair/light. How disappointing is it to be told that ?sorry we don?t carry/stock your shade, just fair to light ? ??
Please train beauty staff about all skin tones/shades/undertones, not just fair/light :(

I visited this Boots when on holiday as i needed some skincare and makeup staples because my luggage didn't make it to England until later. A sweet and helpful young woman helped me find quite a lot of products that i needed, and even though I used quite a lot of time to decide which products to get, she was ever so patient and listening to my preferences. She also came with some good recommendations for products I hadn't tried before. I had a really good experience shopping here.

I came in the day before my birthday on August 13th with my husband to pick out some birthday gifts for myself. Maya was so helpful and friendly and color matched me perfectly so I could find the Estée Lauder foundation that suited me the best. Thank you so much for your help.

Boots Pharmacy Used to be a 5 star service. Just plummeted to one star and pretty pointless to use.
Boots have always reordered my repeat prescription for me, have done for years. It's always the same and not something thats going to change as I'll need to take this medication for the rest of my life. Every 28 days, smooth as clowork, a text message arrived to tell me to collect my prescription and I was always assured that Boots would reorder the next one for 28 days time. Excellent service.
Not any more. No text message received this time so when I went in enquire whether my prescription was ready, thankfully it was but the Boots staff now point blank (and not very politely) refused to reorder it for me, telling me that I have to do it via my GP now. How pointless and a complete retrograde step. GPs have more than enough to deal with without this going on as well. Trying to get hold of my GP every 28 days to get a repeat would be nigh on impossible. Is this a new 'policy' or have I just been fobbed off by a member of staff that couldn't be bothered? In either case, I may as well go to an online delivery service. I suspect many others will choose to do the same if this really is a company wide choice to remove the convenience from the service provided.
Tried contacting their customer services and had no response what so ever after a week. Really shocking.

Disgusting staff attitude...really concerned about the safety on going there again!!! I paid my products at self counter but realised l needed a bag .
The lady saw me and poop my paid stuff on top of the counter again to can scan the bag and she disappeared.
Then a pregnant woman staff started to look suspicious when l ask her for help because when the other lady put my things on top back she scanned again one of them ...with loud voice saying l didn't paid and to show the recipe but the machine didn't give me one.then a man came whichstarted to scanmy thingsagainto see if they matchedwithwhat my phone showedl paidon Boots but he was scanningone productstwice and he deare to look to me that isn't matched my phone bill then l got really pissed off can'teven scan 3 products you not see are all differentbut you scannedone twice???..anyway was really Disgusting time...DISGUSTING staff attitude shouted to get out of the store before l asked to speak with a manager....REALY Disgusting

Since the self service tills have arrived in Salisbury Boots, customer service has been shocking. My mother, who has a hearing impairment and is not confident using computers/self service asked a member of staff to serve her. She was told no you have to do it yourself now there's no one to serve! Boots used to have fantastic customer service but now it seems customers will be going elsewhere if that's the attitude!

Popped in on Wednesday 27th Dec, asked a sour faced older assistant on make-up stand a question she quickly replied she didn't know and that she didn't want to be there, well love---- if you don't want to be there then go, let someone else have your job, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, judging by other reviews I'm not alone, BOOTS you need to get some young assistants who enjoy working with makeup and skincare,

Just went to boots in salisbury wiltshire The lady at the help desk for the pharmacy does not no what she is doing we asked for ear drops,witch they sell, she said just go to the walk in i explained to her .but it was like talking to the wall .so we left and went to another pharmacy . i understand its christmas and some people dont want to work but she had a attitude i guess for chrismas

Go to any other boots if you want to use the no7 range. I?ve never met such a rude bunch of people. Had the worst experience with a red/orange head that couldn?t have been more inconvenienced by my presence it?s untrue. Waste of time.
