There were only two people working in store at the time and they had to do everything. They were doing the best that they could but there needs to be another member of staff to ease things. We bought a tent that scanned as the wrong price, queried it but told it was for the incorrect price. Went upstairs, got the price tag from the shelf and they admitted there was a mistake, so be careful.

Had a problem with a pair of walking shoes that let in water. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful. I was able to choose another pair and pay the difference, I also bought a pair of walking boots. A really good example of how to run a shop. Top marks.

Well I had a great day in blacks shoppingI went in looking for a winter coat and they had 5 that I liked a few at £50.00 and 2 at about £100 +The one I purchased was £200In the sale it was £100 but if you gave them your email address they reduced it to £79So me happy with a duck down lined coat Thankyou 10/10

Helpful on phone but went to return a £250 child carrier due to essential buckle breaking after fewer than 10 outings. Told that I should go home to try and repair it myself with a pair of pliers. Disappointed with customer service.

Blacks of Salisbury. Gave me the wrong advise and sold me the incorrect camping gas cartridge even though I showed them my little gas burner in person. I had to return to Salisbury on my way back to London to take the cartridge back. They do not answer their phone. POOR show Black's. Please be honest and say your not sure about your advise instead of fudging my question by offering the wrong advise and wasting my time and costing me more money in the long run.
