Booked my car in for a break check as national tyre centre Halfords Salisbury said that my front pads and discs needed changing , wanted a 2nd opinion from these guys and they showed me that the pads and discs are fine! Thank you bath wick for your honesty, will be using you in the future now.

I visited Bathwick for the first time yesterday following a puncture. The tyres l wanted was not in stock but they had them delivered this morning. I arrived at 9.45 and received a warm and friendly welcome both by the person on reception and the fitter. I was very impressed by the service l received and will use Bathwick for my future tyre needs. Thank you. Recommended.

Called in late with puncture on Thursday about 5pm. The gentleman helped us out and replaced tyre. Service was brilliant. I would highly recommend them.

Not impressed to be honest. I ordered and paid for a pair of tyres online with alignment, picked up the car and found that they had fitted two tyres different to each other. I had to take the car back to get the right one put on. It doesn't fill me with much confidence if something as simple as this is messed up.

Absolutely horrible place! My mom went there with a flat tyre and instead of repairing it (which was repairable) they have sold her a cheap Chinese tyre size 15 which cost about £30 online and they have charged her £77 that's mad !! Taking advantage of an older lady is just wrong !!You're lucky I don't live close enough or I would pay you a visit and explain this disgusting situation.Dodgy ba***rds! AVOID
