Going to change my bank from Barclays to somewhere who will help me every time. Working 5 days, Thursdays the branch is closed. I don?t need to talk about the counter. When people have business accounts to pay in some cash with coins, how they will do that, when the counter is Closed. ?Saturdays counters are not open.? Well why are you closed on Thursdays?

On their website, it also says that ?Barclays? success is judged by how they act responsibly for the common good and the long term. How is contributing to 150,000 deaths a year ?responsible?? Their CEO was paid a £4 million bonus in 2020. On the website, it also says that Barclays provides assistance for people going through difficult times. In 2020, 55 million people were displaced due to climate change. Does Barclays provide support to their customers when they?re affected by extreme weather?

Useless if you need to speak to someone at the counter and work full time 5 days a week. They don't open the counters on a Saturday. Pretty unfair

Appalling customer service from a bank I have been with for over 30 years. Meet and greet staff at Salisbury branch need to learn some manners and be more polite. Never have I been treated so appallingly as I was today. Rude at best, patronising at worst.

The ladies who work in Salisbury's barclays bank are unable to help you. Such an important bank should have more competent people to help the customer. Problem solving = zero

1 star is the lowest I can go, absolutely disgusted in the service received in branch and via telephone, only helpful depart was complaints who were very understanding. After being told I had a 15minute slot where I could be late (via customer service), due to running late (newborn and disability). My husband ran ahead and was there between the 15 minute gap to be told it was 10 minutes so we were then 2minutes late and they would not accommodate and told us no!! The journey for us to this branch is 30 minutes. However complaints handled it very well.
