The staff at Salisbury are very good, not so the technology, numerous cheques fail to be paid in via machines and even the cashiers machines failed to read a printed cheque from Barclays bank themselves absolute rubbish. Time and Time again it is only the intervention of human beings that resolve the inadequacies of the banking machines. Hopefully they won't close Salisbury branch which is a 40mile round trip for me Braclays banking via app is totally unreliable

A recent appointment made at the Salisbury branch regarding a savings account was handled in a most efficient and professional manner by Rhianna, a personal banker. All staff were courteous and welcoming, while waiting time was kept to a minimum. Well done Barclays!

I met with Lisa to open a ISA, she was amazing in explaining everything very well and supported me to open an ISA account. Overall service was great this is the second time she has helped with queries and has been amazing in doing so.
