The staff are attentive, caring and solved many problems regarding my power of attorney difficulties in an efficient and professional manner. They have a lady patrolling the banking hall asking if she can assist you which is a very nice touch. Well done to Manager and staff there. Tony”
“As disabled customer I find it very difficult but they're cash point machines are only in the George ml there is no cash point in New canal... Very difficult special parking for disabled right there and yet there's no cash point for them to be able to withdraw any money or pay any in and it's too far to go round up New canal down high Street enter st. George weather is to ... There should be one in the New canal not just for the disabled customers but for all to use...But stuff inside nationwide are always helpful and courteous ...On my last visit I was the last customer and as I went to go out to my car was informed that door was locked and I had to go the long way round but then the lady saw that I was on two sticks so went and open the door into the canal for my car right outside outside the doors ...”
