Thank you, yet again, to the team at Baileys.Had our first experience of purchasing two beds a couple of years ago.The service was first class then - it still is now.This visit was to purchase a mattress. Again, as last time, no pressure sales. Is what made this visit even nicer we were remembered from our last visit. We decided to purchase an hand made HS mattress. Well worth the extra money.The delivery men were amazing. We haven't got the easiest of stairs. A turn here and a twist there. Before the mattress was brought into our house a survey of the route to the bedroom was undertaken. What a team!!!!! Every twist and turn to the room was thought about before being actioned.Thank you all. Please note that you get free parking at the rear of the store.Just a thought.... the mattress protectors they sell are perfect.

Excellent in store service by knowledgeable family team. Delivery was quicker than anticipated with excellent service-took away old bed and built new bed in situ. Promise of coming to turn mattress every season is worth every penny of our quality new bed. Couldn?t ask for more!

My husband and I decided to go to Baileys for our new bed as they are a local family business, and we are so glad we did!From the moment we stepped into the shop, we could see what a wonderful choice of beds, mattresses, and headboards were on display.Sean offered his assistance, and his knowledge and patience were outstanding! We finally decided on a bed, mattress and headboard, and Sean explained how the delivery process would work.The delivery was not easy as we have lots of twists and turns between our front door and our bedroom, but Simon and his nephew accomplished it very professionally, and without complaint. We were especially pleased to be told by Simon that our old mattress would be delivered to a local charity shop for resale the next day.We can't recommend Baileys highly enough to anyone looking to purchase a new bed!

Excellent friendly service. Great range of beds sold with personal attentive manner but un-rushed with a genuine desire to please. The bed was delivered on time and with great care. Very satisfied.

Excellent service from start to finish. Listened to our needs and made recommendations without trying to sell us the most expensive.Excellent delivery and assembly.We've had our mattress and bed now for 4 months and still extremely happy with our purchase. Mattress as good as the day we bought it.Would recommend. ?

Awful customer service, the main older gentleman judged me by appearance and said I could not afford a bed at the store. Saying I should look for more of a budget option, when I already had a brand of mattress on my mind. Will never come this store again and recommend others to not visit

Great personal service. The owner allowed us to try a lot of mattresses, and we worked out we needed a cheaper mattress the we originally wanted.ETA. We have received the new beds, apart from the new beds I wouldn't know anyone had been. They disposed of a super king mattress without problems.Excellent service all around.

A wonderful shop and wonderful family running it . They were really helpful and extremely knowledgeable, found us an amazing bed and delivered it brilliantly too. Our children enjoyed their visit too and we may be back for another bed in time hopefully . Thank you .

After visiting several bed company?s, I was recommended to Bailey?s of Salisbury who were able to supply me with a mattress and bed frame on the day, which I was not expecting. They were very knowledgeable and inviting, and everything down to delivery was exceptional and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends after being looked after so well?and all future purchases I would not hesitate to go anywhere else! (Thank you to Sean and family)!

Baileys provide excellent products and a first class service.We bought a Vi Spring Elite mattress from there recently based on their recommendation. It is excellent and well worth the price.Their guys delivered and installed it happily despite the fact that it is somewhat restricted access and there is not much space or height in our cottage bedroom.Also, Sean and another lad have been since as part of their free mattress turning service and shown us the best way to turn the mattress given the restrictions of our low ceiling, light pendant etc. and we could not have met a nicer, happier and more friendly couple of lads.A superb local company which is a pleasure to deal with.

This is a lovely family run shop. The owner is so lovely and helpful. Far better service than the chains. They even come and turn your mattress for you if you need them to!
