Emailed them for a quote. No response. Two weeks later I call them and they say the quote is with someone called John and will be sent through shortly. Wait another three weeks, and no response. Email them again, but no response. This is £20k worth of windows/doors, but they don't seem to want the business. Non existent service, no interest in new business.

Good local business who are always striving to improve. Had a slight communication issue that was resolved with the owner calling to explain the situation. Did a good job installing Bi folding doors. Would recommend B&M windows.

Absolutely fantastic quality of work, and you couldn't ask for nicer people - highly professional but super friendly. Every job they've done for us has been to the highest spec, plus they do an amazing job tidying up. Would recommend to everyone!

We love our new front door fitted by B&M Windows. Initially I used the handy ?Design my Door? tool on their website which offered loads of different door styles, finishes and colours to inspire me. After contacting them, someone came out to accurately measure the door area and, after receiving the competitively priced quote, a few weeks later it was fitted. It has made such a difference to the front of our house; given it a real lift, and as the new door and frame is so well sealed, it feels warmer in our porch now, and there is less noise from the traffic. Would definitely use B&M windows again, was a superb service all round and can happily recommend them.

Excellent experience with this company, never used them before but we certainly would again. Only a small repair job but the fitter arrived promptly to assess the problem and to our surprise, offered to go ahead with the repair there and then, and at a very reasonable price. Very well done to all con erned at B& M

B&M's new pvc sash windows which look great on a period property, are smooth to open/close/lock and when tilted, easier to clean. Pip initially measured up, sending a competitively priced quote. Once ordered, delivery was quick and the windows were carefully fitted by an experienced team - Darren, Garry and Mikey. They also serviced and repaired the old aluminium windows - attending to detail, including new handles and hinges where necessary. Plus cleaned/tidied up at the end of the job! Adrian responded instantly to a later query, arranging for Nigel to quickly follow up on site.
To summarise, I highly recommend Jon's company B&M Windows & Doors Ltd and will surely return in the future to replace the remaining old aluminium frames with modern, new energy efficient versions.

Sent four emails but they won't respond. This isn't the first time, as a couple of years ago I tried emailing. Having called in to discuss a job they were pleasant and helpful but emails - no go! Even tried their online form but still no response. I need proof of the conversation as I have a lot of work on and it makes it easier to refer back.I've gone to Spire Glass and got an immediate response so they have the order.

Just had several windows, including two bay windows, and a front door replaced. The price was extremely competitive, the product looks and feels high quality and the service, ( both the office work and the installation ) could not be bettered. I would definitely recommend B & M and will use them again should the need arise.
