I dropped my old phone in water 3 days ago and it was completely frazzled.Purchased a replacement Samsung S23 phone from O2 in Salisbury who recommended Tony and Craig in trying to help with recovering some much loved old pics and contacts on the old phone and in setting up the new one. My wife and I are in our 70's by the way ,so not too Tecky !We visited Accessory Depot in Salisbury this morning and both Tony and Craig could not have been more helpful ,kind and knowledgeable.Tony is going to refurbish the damaged phone and hopefully recover some pics that are very important and much loved by my wife and I.These two blokes are expert at what they do plus the fact that they are extremely likeable and charming people and a delight to deal with.So, this review comes with a very high recommendation.

Emailed the day before about a charging issue with my phone, got a reply the next day with the suspected problem. Took my phone 40 minutes later all sorted at a very reasonable price. Will 100% be using again very friendly customer service cannot fault. ?

Just spoke with Craig to get some advice about unlocking a Doro phone that a friend inherited recently with an unknown PIN.Craig confirmed what I had suspected about being cautious of online sites and that in this case the phone is probably too old to make this economic.Great service and will definitely use them in the future.

Can not recommend these guys (Craig & Tony) high enough. Always helpful, they know their stuff and service with a smile. #1 phone shop in the area. Honestly, if you need anything these 2 are the ones to go for any type of repairs on phones, even if needing a new case or charger I always recommend Accessory Depot and I work for a phone shop.Again, #1 phone shop in the area, don?t go anywhere else.

Highly recommend! Extremely friendly and always service with a smile. Have been in on many occasions and it's always been a pleasure, always extremely helpful and just great down to earth guys! Would definitely say this is the number one phone shop in the area.

I cannot recommend accessory depot enough - they are absolutely amazing and always go the extra mile to help you! I have been using them ever since moving to the area and would never go anywhere else. Tony is so helpful and the customer service is fantastic - he even stayed over an hour after closing to help me with my phone!Thank you so much!

Tony and Craig were absolutely fantastic and helped me with my phone which had started to speak Spanish and wouldn't turn off, or do anything after an update. They were so helpful and kind and knew exactly what the problem was. They charged a very reasonable price and reassured me that it would be fine. I am so grateful to them both and would always go there first.

Went in there Friday as my iphone 12pro max charging port was faulty Was slightly worried due to it not being fixed by apple. But i the boss man in there. Managed to fix it and even cleaned all my speakers on the phone for £30quid. What a legend would recommend 100%

The service provided by Accessory Depot Ltd was fantastic when I needed my phone screen fixed. After a few days, the screen went funny, so I headed back to the store. As a result, they were able to figure out what was going on. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving everything and in explaining what had happened. I dropped off my phone in the morning, and it was repaired by midday. The customer service and employees are excellent!

These gents were absolutely amazing. I broke my screen on Thursday and got my phone back on Tuesday. They even lent me a phone to use in the meantime, which they don't normally do, but being as I'm a bus driver I needed a way to contact someone if I needed to. They kept me informed of what was happening and the status of my screen. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone and I will be going back if I ever need it. Well done gents and thank you again.

Amazing service from the team, so knowledgeable and had everything we need (family of 5) - battery replacement, advice on chargers, headphones. Even cleaned out our charging sockets free of charge. Highly recommend!
