Wonderful Staff, very friendly and a thorough test for me as I have been experiencing odd issues with my vision - But all sorted and the optician (she is amazing) made me feel re-assured and relaxed.Now I have the best vision I have had in years, which is so important to me as an illustrator. 11/10 ??????

As usual a lovely friendly and welcoming service at Downton branch this morning , thanks to Alice and Henry. Mani the optician was very thorough and super professional, also very approachable and friendly., making me feel safe and listened too . Alice and I then discussed options for glasses which again made me feel I was listened to which enabled me to feel happy with purchase of new glasses, overall , very happy and would recommend!
