They lost my prescription, and told me iv collected it !!!! I think they just messing around .Never again at this chemist. The worst one in uk .

Really unhelpful considering there is a push to use pharmacies more for minor ailments. I went in to talk about severe chapped lips after weeks of dryness, no products recommended other than Vaseline which I said hadn’t been working. Pharmacist didn’t even bother to talk to me, just conveyed to the lady at the til they didn’t have anything - no advice, no alternatives offered. Managed to go to boots pharmacy instead and got some helpful service and a great product which cleared up my symptoms quickly. I wouldn’t recommend cohens to anyone again sadly.

Prescription was sent automatically to them without asking and I went shopping before collecting. When I arrived, before I could even finish ?the doctors sent through?? I was cut off and told by the lady ?it won?t be here yet?.Taken a back a little I explained it was 20 - 30 minutes ago and the staff member then took a look and immediately said they?d ?obviously? have to order 1 of the items in.It wasn?t true as Boots used common sense to provide me what I actually needed without a prescription.

Really great service from this pharmacy. Called them to try and track down some meds, which were out of stock. The lady I spoke to was able to advise on an alternative product, she put some aside for me, whilst I organised a replacement prescription. Friendly, professional support, highly recommended.

No pharmacist this weekend (allegedly the owner doesn't work weekends), absolute joke. If you're open, a pharmacist should always be available.Should be removed from the nhs list if emergency prescriptions are required. Now another few hours on 111, to get prescription changed to another chemist.

Not a very good experience at all very abrupt counter staff iphoned earlier to ask iff it would be possible for the pharmacist could take a look at my granddaughter and was told yes just come in ,when we arrived we were greeted by a very abrupt and rude counter staff we waited for awhile and finalywajked away this is not the first time but will certainly be the last.

Brilliant but needs air con. Unbearable in the heat and with medications not meant to be stored above 25° etc. Need air con.

Only went in to collect important meds needed for my son. The lady behind the counter was so rude I couldn?t actually believe her mannerisms. If you don?t no the right why to speak to people shouldn?t be a receptionist! Not happy

Brilliant customer and patient service. Mark the pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct medication and located my prescription when the Dr sent it to the wrong location. He reassured me the whole time and was very kind and professional.

Never had many problems over the years, once or twice a prescription was missed. I get about 10 different ones. Occasionally a bit busy but never too busy to be friendly. Been using them since before they changed to Cohens'

Great pharmacy and within walking distance from the doctors themselves. Always have what I need. General medical supplies like cough medicine, hay-fever tablets are quite expensive but with sainsburys next door and Boots within a short walk you can get sorted regardless. I prefer the Borough Fields pharmacy to the other cohens as you can never get parked and you can see in the door properly.
