We've used Norris Auto Services for years and couldn't recommend them enough. Both Paul and Sammy, and the rest of their team, are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A professional service is guaranteed at a really good price. After a recent service there was a problem with my oil, to which Paul came to my place of work to sort for no extra cost. We'll be returning for many years to come and recommending to all who need an excellent garage, mechanic and team. Thanks for all you do.

We have used this garage twice now having moved to the area and we have been very pleased with the service we have received they go above and beyond and Paul gives you personal service. Sammy Jones on reception is welcoming helpful and customer focused and she got the issue we had today resolved within the day. Pity all businesses are not like this one.

I refuse to go to any other garage now. Paul and the team are absolutely fantastic.Whenever I've had anything go wrong with my car or I've needed a service etc, they've always been brilliant at fitting me in as soon as they can. I recently had my car MOT'd at this garage. The service was excellent, Paul (the owner) and his wife went out of their way to be extrememly helpful; so much so that when Paul asked me if I would like a coffee while I was waiting, I said "yes" and explained that it had to be decaf, he said that he didn't have any, and then went to the shop opposite and promptly bought some!!! An excellent garage that my daughter and I use whenever we have a servicing or MOT. I would thoroughly recommend this garage.
