From the initial call to BodyTech, the staff were friendly and knowledgable. Simon and his team were honest and they provided me with a competitive quote for repairs. My vehicle is fairly new and because of the damage sustained, Simon was honest about how the 360 cameras and radar would need recalibrating once the bumper had been removed which would add to the cost. Because of the paint colour as well they explained that it would be more costly due to the type of paint it was (a 3 layer paint which the chap new exactly what colour it was and the breakdown of paint needed just by looking at the car! I was impressed at his vast knowledge!). Nothing was hidden from me and I left feeling reassured that my car was in safe hands. I was provided with a courtesy car for the duration at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. In all, my car was with BodyTech for just over a week. When I collected my vehicle it looked better than when I drove it off the forecourt the day I bought it! They had even gone to the extra trouble of cleaning it for me inside and out which was completely unexpected and appreciated. I am over the moon with the repairs and the service I received from BodyTech. They kept me up to date with the progress and I had a full breakdown of works carried out and associated costs.
