Not the same since Avienna took over. Bank holiday Saturday I went to collect our medication.needed for Monday only to find a notice on the door saying that they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rude, overhear them talking about you, never a nice word only moaning and it?s usually openly about other customers never known anything like it. Nasty pharmacy one I?ll never ever return to even if desperate. Speak to them politely and get accused of being rude, you couldn?t make it up. Avoid like the plague

All the staff are so helpful at this chemist,you never feel hurried .Went on Monday has had a burn from a hot water bottle .The pharmacist was so helful in advising me what dressing and how to care for it .She put a dressing on both areas for me and dressed it again 2 days later when I returned for more dressings .What service ,thank you .

Excellent pharmacy. Small so a nice villagey atmosphere. Jacki the pharmacist was particularly helpful and even called me to check how I was getting on with my meds.

*Just to add a further comment:My wife had a great deal of very knowledgeable advice and assistance from the pharmacy team when trying to solve a stomach related problem: They sourced a fantastic remedy for her and she has felt incredibly well ever since using it!Thank you team, so much, once again!It really reiterates that nothing is too much trouble for any of the fabulous staff - They even helped me and my family find the best PPE & face shields. It's A Terrific Pharmacist & The Best Around - Safe & Happy Place To Go! Always Prompt With Our Prescriptions & Try Extra Hard To Please (actually obtained a specific important item for me, which other chemists (Boots) weren't able to, or bother to, get in). Well Organised Shop & Very Thoughtfully Laid Out & Stocked. Lovely Helpful Cheerful Staff & One Of The Best, If Not The Best, Chemist In Miles. It's A Pleasure To Go There, Even All The Way From Tisbury, Where We Live!

Very rude I did the responsible thing and returned my father's meds which he had for end of life care because he had passed away a couple of days ago and they humiliated me by telling me that I was being irresponsible and wasting money sadly I couldn't predict when he was going to pass and the district nurse had advised me to return them to the pharmacy. Shame on you for assuming that everyone is a money waster and very unprofessional to humiliate clients.

Absolutely useless, waited 25 minutes to get in because the only member of the 5 staff working on the counter was having a nice catch up with one of the customers. When I did finally get through the door waited a further 10 minuts to be told they can't actually get the prescription!I did raise the waiting time and I was simply told the 5 staff are busy, I pointed out they weren't actually busy serving the questions of customers but the woman simply didn't care.
