Toolstation Melksham staff a joy to deal with! This 'home-grown plumber' had a compression coupling to install after cutting and accessing the pipe and removing sludge (caused by unavoidable pooling). After 3 attempts mocking-up with different fittings supplied by branch staff, have now taken the plunge and succeeded! Many thanks

Popped in today as screwfix didnt have stock of what I wanted. Found what I needed and staff very help specially considering it was 3.55pm on a Sunday. The lady helped me find the product I was looking for and was very accommodating! Will look at coming here first next time. Thank you

I ordered a radiator last night via their very easy to use website. I was greeted by a very friendly, young lady with glasses on morning of December 23rd. She even offered to carry it to the car for me as she could see I have a bad leg. I?m sorry I didn?t get your name but if I was the manager of this depot, I would very proud to have you as part of my team. Great customer service and I hope that you get a good Christmas bonus!??

Always great service. Efficient, friendly and polite staff all round, with great customer interaction skills that those from Euro car parts just along the road are totally devoid of and who need to learn from these guys.
