Got scammed by the Chippenham branch (can't leave a review there as it doesn't show on Google Maps. The merchant used an iPad to take my contactless card payment... Two of my cards were declined despite having funds in them. The merchant directed me to a cash point, so I ended up paying with cash, but a few days later I realised money had been debited from my accounts; I had paid for the product 3 times! I visited the store to request a refund but the guy refused to check his sales history! When I persisted to pursue the problem he then pretended not to understand English, despite having had numerous conversations with him in the past!! Definitely avoid the Chippenham branch - it's not worthy of your custom.
