Great experience yesterday. I transferred from a different Specsavers as this location more convenient. Thorough tests and all very clearly explained. Helpful team; new store with aircon and lots of space giving a much more pleasant visit. Thank you.

The initial check was great, offered two pairs of glasses for one - opted for a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, upon collection on the 24th July, the chosen sunglasses had been fitted with prescription clear lenses which wasn't what we agreed and the pair that should have had the prescription lenses hadn't arrived in time.
I was advised they would order the lenses to fit in the original purchased frames, I was then sent away for another two weeks whilst these were made, on the 11th August I travelled to the Melksham branch again to collect the original pair of glasses which are fine and I'm happy with but then advised I can only have sunglasses with a prescription lenses which is virtually pointless being I only need glasses for VDU use.
No apology throughout and I dealt with 6 different people during the three visits so no wonder nothing is joined up and issues happen.
Very unhappy that such a simple request has been messed up severely, would not recommend as I've paid for some thing I don't have.

I had to go into the Melksham Specsavers this morning as the frame on my reading glasses needed some TLC I had a young lady who Apologies I should have written down her name as I don't remember it exactly Faria? she could not have been more helpful or more pleasant and she sorted the problem She was brilliant thank you

Friendly, quick service. Professional eye test, detailed explanation of what I need. And it was right. I didn't realise that I need glasses but they helped me to choose the right one

Aly Quick, was great! She took the time to explain everything to me in a way I easily understood. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be using Aly in the future for all my eye tests and highly recommend her.

Had my eye test at another local optician....650 for one pair of glasses... I got 2 pairs for 200 cheaper at specsavers and with a better spec... really happy with them and the service
