Had a problem with savings account not being opened as promised so went into branch and saw a gentleman (possibly the manager) who promised he would sort the problem out and put things right. He did just that and phoned me today today to explain. Excellent customer service. Sometimes things do go wrong but it how they are resolved that matters. Thank you.

Miles rees was an outstanding member of staff for our call at 10.15 till 11.09 regarding our melksham branch nationwide, I couldn't find any problems he couldn't solve , kind regards liam

I have never been disappointed in the service at Nationwide over the many years we have been with them.
Very personal and attentive service from staff, and it's soon good to walk into a physical bank these days, and do hope that continues.

This branch is fantastic all of the ladies are helpful your always greeted with a smile and i have even been offered a coffee when there was a slight hiccup with the computers...you could not wish for better service ..john
