Awful, waited 30mins after ordering on the app, went through drive through and was told to park up as food wasn?t ready been waiting 20mins and multiple cars got brought there food in the car park but not my food. They are meant to be known for fast food, won?t be coming back

10 mins in a drive through to order with only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a raspberry white chocolate pie. Got the hot chocolate but told to pull up and wait for the pie. Waited 10 mins and no one came out so we left. Terrible experience

Once again missing food from Melksham McDonald's! Ordered on App, and 2 items missing, have been told to go to uber, Uber have no interest and won't refund or re deliver. Crap crap crap service again! Don't be fooled by offers and order for delivery

I would've given them less if i could, i come here regularly , usually on days that are not busy, but they still can't manage to get my order right, everytime im here they always miss something, something that i pay for, i have never had my order complete in 2 years, its literally a waste of money

Speed of service was shocking. Ordered to collect in bay and went inside after 5 minutes. Then saw multiple staff standing around talking, taking ages to make the slightly larger order in front of me while my burger was getting cold. The manager with glasses then proceeded to lie to me about waiting on quarter meat when the burger clearly contained old meat. To top it off, after nearly 15 minutes they had to wait for someone to make the grimace shake. Cold fries also. No acknowledgement of the time I waited and the runner gave me a fistful of unnecessary. Frankly I'm appalled by the nonchalant attitude of all the staff - won't be coming back.

Always hot food and drinks also friendly and helpful.
Dietary restrictions: My son is gluten intolerant also dairy and they catered for his needs.

20 minutes for a burger and fries that came missing the extra patty ordered. Re order then took an extra 10 minutes. Simply not fast food.
