I recently purchased a house through Kingstons Estate agents Melksham. We were shown a couple of different houses whilst we were looking to see which one best met our needs. We found the agents friendly and very knowledgeable. When we finally settled on a house, we kept in touch with one particular agent - useful as this meant we had continuity throughout the purchase. The purchase turned out to be complicated due to the length of the chain along with timescale constraints of the SDLT change due April 2025. I could have not asked for any better service than that I received from Kingstons and especially Charlotte, who made sure that everyone was kept in the loop of what was going on, and when needed put in a phenomenal effort to ensure we completed on time. She is a credit to both Kingstons and the industry and I would happily recommend them as the agent of choice in the area.

Kingston's were excellent in the handling of our sale. They were competitively priced, the listing and photos were professional, they handled plenty of viewings and communicated well throughout, and once a buyer had been identified they worked with our solicitors to get the sale completed quickly.

I have used Kingstones Melksham branch on two occasions and each time they have been fantastic for both the buying and selling experiences. Charlotte and Callum are very friendly and polite. They use a relaxed style that doesn't force you to feel pressured into any decision making. No one likes paying agents fees but for Kingstones I can make an exception as they managed to sell my properties for more than I anticipated, and made the buying process less stressful than it should be.
