Ordered a part online line, turned up after the time I was told it would be in, only to find out it was not arriving until the morning, not in the area in the morning, totally wasted my time.

I went into the store to collect an online order, and it ended up taking 20 minutes. It?s ridiculous that such a simple pickup took so long. If one customer needs that much attention, they should be asked to step aside or handled separately so others aren?t kept waiting. The service really needs better management and efficiency.
