Last 3 times I've ordered from the melksham store the pizza has been very under cooked, almost raw. I've had to pop it back in my oven! Going down hill fast. Then I ordered from Chippenham store last week and it was properly cooked and delicious!

Never been treated so bad in my life was delivered cold food and then when spoke to customer complaints team they wouldn?t offer a refund an said the will only replace 1 out of 2 items the next time I order?.. horrible an treated disgusting plus laughed at by the store

I genuinely think that someone is sabotaging your normally brilliant pizzas ...... tonight's order (only the mighty meaty) literally had salt sprinkled on it..... now i like salt more than the average human but this was slug killing volume...... disgusting..... also someone needs to be quality checking your super famous and stretched Italian crust.... cos to be frank.... it ain't happening in the Melksham store.... sorry guys.... VERY VERY disappointed. At least you've saved me a small fortune for a while because I don't think I'm gonna fancy a Dominos for a very long time...... yes I've contacted Customer Services on your App.... but I don't expect a response.........

Will not be ordering again, 3 orders, 3 items missing, had to re deliver 20 mins later once all other food was cold! Management said it's not their problem and should take it up with the delivery driver! Stay clear

Thank you Domino's ordered a timed order, and guess what! Ordered it foan a hour lat, r then we wanted it. Staff was quick to correct it for me and was quickly served.
