I asked for coffee with full sugar hazelnut syrup. It tasted so heavily of artificial sweetener I couldn't drink it. When I took it back I was told that they only had full sugar hazelnut syrup so it couldn't possibly have artificial sweetener in it, as if I can't tell the difference between sugar and sweetener. The female I spoke to had a poor attitude, she waved a bottle at me from a distance as if to prove what she was saying (far enough away that I couldn't read the label) and was most unhelpful. She badly needs some customer services training.
Based on this first visit I shan't be using Melksham Costa again.
