Sadly not all staff are polite. The elderly staff are the worst. Was decent when it first opened, now gone down hill. Quite expensive too.

Very dirty store, miserable so-called ?managers?. Everything is left to the younger members of staff trying their hardest whilst the ?managers? stand there barking orders. Not a pleasant place, there?s a much better Co-op nearby at Blackmore Road

I use this shop regularly. It is always well stocked and in particular all of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Parking is good also.

Older male staff member tonight was so rude when I complained about the poor service that I am afraid to go back. He followed me around the store in such an aggressive manner that he should be sacked. The younger lad was fine. It seems customer service means nothing to him and he?s happy to intimidate older female customers.

over the road from me modern staff young but friendly always polite and helpful some things are quite expensive but they have constant deals on staples like coffee and tea,a very good store in general ,i never use the self checkouts as most times they are not working ,
