One of the best gyms we?ve been to, very friendly staff and lots of equipment to choose from. Do not expect a big chain gym, but a family run collection of equipment with lots of space and free weights to choose from. Left snap fitness to come here and was hesitant but have no regrets as easier parking and a much nicer experience in general. Would recommend Alex as a PT, broad knowledge and great demonstration. Signed up for the year with very competitive prices

Best gym to be at right now in this pandemic season. The staff is freindly and courteous and always willing to offer advice. The owner I think her name is caz has such a sweet welcoming smile when she sees you. You always feel mega welcome and appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work guys and thank u for providing a safe place for us fitness junkies and non fitness junkies alike. Xxx
