We were driving to my in-laws when we suddenly got a warning light to say we needed to urgently check our tyre pressure. We pulled over and couldn?t see anything wrong. As we had a car full of kids and dogs we did a quick search to find a near by garage. We found Austin?s auto repairs and I?m so glad we did. We explained our situation and he immediately stopped what he was doing to check our tyres and pump them up. He explained about the likely hood of a puncture to it just needing pumped up as well as explaining what to expect from the dashboard warning light. He very kindly did this just to help and didn?t charge. I?m very happy we got our warning light near his garage as we drove away reassured. Thank you again!

The garage was recomended to me by a mechanic who was having a day off. I went there with a fairly simple problem that I urgently needed fixing. Talk about an honest mechanic. He solved it for me and wouldn't even accept payment ! Even the man paying his bill before me had a very low bill. Thank you for rescuing me.

Austin was great to deal with. He checked my vehicle on the spot with me, quickly figured out the problem and was able to fit me in the next day while the part was on order. Well priced, knowledgeable and friendly. Exactly the service I was after.

Fantastic Customer service at Austin Autos Melksham. I came across this garage by chance and I have to say they are absolutely great, quickly diagnosing and fixing a knocking from my suspension of my Mini and carrying out a service. My son introduced me after he had a "major" engine timing chain diognosed & professionally resolved, prior to a catastrophic failure. I then had a major issue again fully resolved professionally, you can't buy this type of knowledge obtained over many years. Friendly man. Had a catback exhaust fitted here. Completed it just under an hour and added additional clamp support to help lift the exhaust up (as it was hanging slightly). Definitely seems knowledgeable and would use again!
