Recently I did a small food shop. Bought some packeted almonds. While eating some of the almonds I was absolutely repulsed to find a dead/mouldy caterpillar or insect squashed in to my almond. I feel sick.

Really disappointed I understand some places have policies where men are not allowed to go in shirtless but at this Asda there is no mention of it on the door and Nothing online. I was doing my shopping and had a member of the Asda team rudely. Tell me to leave like I was a criminal. When I explained there is no policy or anything stated on the entrance he said I have to leave or they?ll call the police I understand if there was a policy on the door or I was advised when I came in I would have respected it but to be halfway through my shopping and told to leave. In a rude Manner is very unprofessional. It will be the last time I shop here.

Me and my mate went into Asda to get some water. For some reason it was so hard to navigate this shop. It took us around 10 minutes to get a bottle of water each - we asked multiple different colleagues and many were very unhelpful because they kept on leading us to different areas that didn?t have water or referencing item locations we weren?t even aware of - e.g. ?by the sandwiches?. I?m sorry but I?m not an Asda colleague myself therefore I don?t know the geography of Asda Isles. After this exhausting expedition, I decided to treat myself to a hello Kitty keychain, and when we finally get to the checkout, after walking around the whole circumference of the store to find us some water, suddenly my hello Kitty keychain would not scan and I had to press the call for assistance button six times and even there was multiple colleagues around me none of them proceeded to help me. Right in front of the checkout there was a large group of Asda workers having a small mothers meeting and although my till light was flashing red, nobody came to help me! There was even an older woman working that went up to the couple opposite us and assisted them with help but even after pressing this for assistance button six times I then started to get really angry so I just started waving my arms around and somebody finally came to my rescue. Rescue is not the word I?d use though for this appalling hospitality. A woman in her early 20s helped me with my issue for my keychain not scanning through and that was quick speedy but I?m still unsatisfied with my visit at the Melksham Asda. The best part of this visit were the toilets. They clearly put more budget into the toilet revamp than their hiring management team.

We were followed around the entire store during our shop and then when we were getting ready to pay at the self checkout they forced us to have someone scan all of our items when everyone else in the store was able to scan at the self checkout. It made me and my friends really weirded out by this and only assumption is they thought we were stealing or we were dressed a bit differently then everyone else but still made us very uncomfortable.

Just off the edge of the town center, plenty of parking maybe a little confusing to find the disabled parking, free trollies. some clothes and a good choice of food, my only
gripe is the app which I find a nightmare, every time I want to use it I have to sign in...just bring back a good old card.

This Asda has ruined my Christmas I told my parents go get a real tree and 4 it to be bushy and tall and when I came home there was NO bush NO hight I am truly disappointed by this and has not got me in the Christmas mood

Was in Melksham store this morning and i would like to shout out a massive well done to Nicky and Neil who were working as Online shoppers. It was extremely busy and both members of staff were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble even though they were rushed of their feet. Credit to them both Asda absolutely fantastic customer service.

I had an issue with my online delivery. Once I got through to the store, the man I spoke too was so helpful and got the missing items sent straight out to me, despite customer services telling me this would not be possible. He was apologetic and kind and resolved the problem without any issues.
