Worst experience ever in all the years we have bought and sold property. Following an email threatening to charge us fees if our buyers pulled out, due to our struggling to secure a rental property in what they knew was an impossible market, we agreed to complete.... and were then homeless for 4 months.

One of the best estage agents I have worked with in a long time. Kim and her team of amazing ladies couldn't be more helpful every step of the way, from suggesting ways to maximise potential in the house to the valuation, to the service while for sale and then the dreaded sale to completion process. Although we had a few bumps, who doesn't, they managed everything marvelously, and even recommended a brilliant local solicitor and mortgage advisor. Full service. Great people. 10/10!

I would so highly recommend Winkworth. We worked closely with Kim and Annabelle, they were so professional, going over and above on many occasions. The team at Winkworth were more like a family with great communication between all staff. They were like dealing with real people not just a company, so different to any other agents we dealt with. We recently bought our house through Winkworth?s. It wasn't plain sailing, with many delays due to issues outside of our control. Kim in particular was fantastic - always available to speak to or via email. Always kept us updated & kept me sane even when I felt the purchase may not happen!I genuinely couldn't have asked for more and am very grateful that she was on board to deal with issues when things looked bleak. We highly recommend the team at Winkworths. We?ve spoken to people who have said they wouldn?t use other agents in Marlborough again but haven?t heard a bad word said about Kim, Annabel and Susan. They are very professional and responsive and managed to keep us smiling during stressful times caused by Countrywide Conveyancing, so my advice is to avoid Countrywide and to definitely engage Winkworths.
