“UPDATE: Editing my review to reflect the last few months of trials and tribulations. Ultimately, Marlborough tried twice to send me my tiles, but unfortunately a completely inept FedEx just couldn't seem to get them to me in one piece. That said, Marlborough was quick to make every attempt to rectify, including offering to try and replace them a third time. When we agreed it might not be worth it, they were willing to issue me a full refund. While I wish it could've worked out as the tiles I did receive that were usable were beautiful, all in all their service was helpful.-------I placed an order with Marlborough on May 15th, and since then I have received nothing but extremely delayed responses if anything at all. Once I submitted payment I had to reach out for confirmation of receipt but received no details around what the post-purchase process looks like. I recognize there is a lead time to preparing the tiles, however I was told 2 weeks ago (after several reach outs for an update on lead time) that my order is ready and would be shipped by end of week. 2 weeks later, I’ve reached out twice for any sort of update as the tiles, to my knowledge, have still not shipped. And I’ve received no response from Marlborough. I do not doubt the quality of the tiles will be amazing, but given the customer service post-purchase (this is a $1,500 order) has left me deciding if I want to just cancel the order and request a refund. I’m not sure I’d get a response either way.”
