The cinema looked terrific. I loved that the seats would recline! The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish we had a cinema like this where I am from. It is an excellent place that the entire family enjoyed visiting.

A great addition to Marlborough. A sweet cinema providing wonderful food and wonderful films whilst interacting brilliantly with the community. I could not recommend more!

This is a little gem ? in the middle of Marlbourough. Hidden - behind a little bit. Soft big chairs, snacks, nice popcorn ?, coffee ?? and vine whatever you fancy. I love It

We really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately it was not the greatest experience. We booked a sofa at the back of the auditorium, but had to move because the sound of the projector fan was unbearable. The film sound in the auditorium itself needed to be louder too, it was audible but we could still hear the fan a row away; perhaps avoid the balcony as the sound seemed to be focused on the auditorium below and not reaching the back sests. The seats themselves were a little uncomfortable; they do recline but then bolt upright if you shift your weight. We ordered the hot dog and for £9 it was disgraceful: we received just a plain, cheap sausage in a cold bun, with no ketchup, mustard, crispy onions or anything at all. Do not order the hot dog. Giving 2 stars as the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. At £35 for 2 tickets we felt a bit ripped off, it's Everyman cinema prices but nowhere near the Everyman experience.

My daughter and I had a lovely time recently at The Parade. Both big Studio Ghibli fans, we were delighted to watch the final film from Hayao Miyazaki ?The Boy and the Heron?. The cinema was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and couldn?t do enough to make us feel welcome. A lovely small independent cinema, in the heart of Marlborough, please look it up if visiting the town and support if you?re lucky enough to live close by.

Fab experience! Visited the town in early December. Lovely staff, beautiful building, we had lunch outside before the film and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
