I have ALWAYS been greeted with smiles and friendly comments - by every member of staff no exceptions. NO one is EVER not really happy. It's amazing really. They're always so helpful and knowledgable and always proactively coming up with great promotions, being creative with the all important snacks etc, and always helping me find a solution for a tricky job.
