Neda has been an absolute Godsend when it comes to the management of our rental properties. Nothing is too much trouble, she is always there to answer questions and offer help or knowledgeable advice. Carter Jonas have been excellent agents. No long lock in contract just a 28 day rolling contract. All the sales team came over to get to know the house and discuss the quirks with us to enable the best buying experience, guiding us about things to tweak before we went live. They communicated well and worked as a team to establish the best price for us to find a buyer in a challenging market. We would have had a board, the house sold before they had chance to put it up. We have had a great experience and would happily go back should we ever need to.

Very pleased with the exchanges we had with Carter Jonas. Neda made our rental journey easier, had great communication to every question we had, and provided us with ongoing updates throughout the rental process. Even after we had moved in, there was communication asking if the move went ok. We did have a slight problem with an appliance which our property manager, Rebecca contacted the landlords, who were able to fix the problem the same day. Genuine and friendly team ? highly recommended.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They handed over a letting house to us Dirty and full of faults. They did not look after us and instead when we called for assistance we didn't get it. I would never rent or buy a property from this company. Really best to avoid them to save disappointment.
