Sadly the worst Cafe Nero I've been to. Tables not cleared, coffee was insipid, tasted like hot milk, and the toilet was filthy. Usually Cafe Nero is a beacon of quality, but not this one (Marlborough).

Love the staff here, they are super friendly and always attentive.
Could do with a bit of love in terms of a refurb, a bit tired in places and has not cosy atmosphere to speak of.
Maybe get the staff a dishwasher as carting a tray full of crockery up narrow stairs is a disaster waiting to happen (and has).
Gets busy on weekends.

Lack of staff, lack of service, issued drinks in cardboard cups, coffee OK though tea jus wet and brown stuff..so not good for a well-known company.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon at 5.35. No smile, but was told we couldn?t stay as they closed at 6pm so only take out available. We could have left before then if we?re given the option but sadly not.

I love cafe Nero but the one in Marlborough is filthy? upstairs is awful. I felt so uncomfortable I actually went downstairs? Due to all the flies, dead flies all over the windowsills, flies trying to get out, food markings all over the chairs, absolutely no pride from the staff :( it?s never been particularly clean but as of late it is just awful? In future will be going to a different coffee shop. Such a shame - gutted ?

What is happening with nero coffee It was one of the best coffee shops in town, Now the service is not good, and the tables are not cleaned in most cases.

Always friendly staff but in need of a revamp and a thorough clean.

The place needs a revamp. It's dirty and tired. There are never enough staff and the tables always need clearing. Today the toilet had run out of toilet paper but with only 2 staff on that was probably the last thing on their mind.
Sat in the window and was pretty appalled by the filth, surely they have a cleaner?
I love their coffee and the ambience but I'm afraid I'll be going elsewhere until there's some investment.

Shame another cafe Nero never open. We checked the opening time before we left home to pick up breakfast for our journey it said opening at 6.30am we arrived at 7.25am and the note said opening at 7.30 so we sat outside waiting and wasn?t the only car. Went to door for 7.30 and a note had been put up opening at 9am. So we waited around for no reason. Getting very fed up the service from Cafe Nero

Sadly looking tired and quiet often no crockery due to dishwasher failure.If I'm paying top price and eating in I'd like to eat my food with a proper knife and fork not served on paper and breakable cutlery.
