Sadly the worst Cafe Nero I've been to. Tables not cleared, coffee was insipid, tasted like hot milk, and the toilet was filthy. Usually Cafe Nero is a beacon of quality, but not this one (Marlborough).

Love the staff here, they are super friendly and always attentive. Could do with a bit of love in terms of a refurb, a bit tired in places and has not cosy atmosphere to speak of. Lack of staff, lack of service, issued drinks in cardboard cups, coffee OK though tea jus wet and brown stuff..so not good for a well-known company.
