I cannot praise Jonathan & Matthew at Brearley & Rich highly enough. I wanted to use a small estate agent who offered a personal touch and I was not disappointed. From start to finish they listened to what I wanted in selling my house after 28 years, we agreed a realistic asking price to sell and it was sold within a week. Communication was excellent throughout, no question was a daft one and I felt fully supported by them as I was doing all this on my own. Their recommendation for a Solicitor (Setfords) was also excellent. All I can say is thank you so very much!

Trying to sell a property at the best of times can be challenging and fraught with pitfalls, but the drama of 'collapsing property prices' newspaper headlines and ?fiscal events' could have made the process immeasurably worse. Surrounded by all this we found selling our home with Brearley and Rich a calm, considered, professional experience with just the right level of energy and proactive sales progression.
