Sizing has changed on new winter leggings, 2 inches smaller than previous same styles/fabric, very disappointing. Rude customer services, was told it was me who had likely changed size not the leggings, they removed my pictures showing the size difference from social media pages saying I was too passive aggressive! Very disappointing from a brand I have previously recommended and enjoyed. Will not be using again.

Ordered another pair of sturdy leggings recently( I have a fair few now?) unfortunately with this pair the stitching started coming away, I contacted sturdy by design, they didn't hesitate to offer a replacement, I was told they went into the post that same day. Excellent customer service received yet again. Well done ladies.

Ordered a pair of Aurora capri leggings yesterday (20th May) following great recommendations from my dance fitness teacher and another friend. Dithered for some time as to which ones to purchase as such a great choice. To my great surprise, they arrived today and were well packaged with a little chocolate as a treat. ?The leggings fit true to size, feel great quality and love the deep waistband. The colours and design are fabulous too and I look forward to wearing them soon. Great service SbD ??

I now have 6 pairs of these amazing leggings, and pre ordered the new Rainbow ones. They are so comfortable, and I love that they have a waist tie. The quality is fantastic, and the customer service is 100%. Thank you for making such good quality items available in larger sizes, I will be a customer for a long time.

Sturdy by Design leggings are fantastic quality, beautifully made, colourful and fit perfectly every time. When they say squat proof, they mean squat proof!! The customer service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic leggings, tops and accessories! Not just for girls either, I run in Sturdy leggings all year round. Love the fit and the bright bold designs get you noticed! Astonishing customer service too, Charlene knows what she?s doing! The only problem is that you end up with masses of insanely bright leggings! ?

I have mixed feelings and experiences hence the 3* rating.Great things:- Quick response on Facebook- Cute designs- Perfect length for me, a ginormous 6'1" woman with limited clothing options.Not so great things:- Products showed as available on website when initially ordered, so only one pair sent instead of 2 with no option to purchase a different pair in its place. Most companies either remove items as available, or email if there is a problem with your order and provide alternative options. But I was emailed to say only one item was dispatched so I guess it was good to know beforehand that my order was short.- Material is very delicate and in my opinion poor quality. I had them on for an hour (no exercise, just sitting at a desk at home) and in that time I managed to snag the fabric with my engagement ring, and my dogs paw lightly pressed against it and made it feel like sandpaper. My dog has also jumped up at me since, and this has really damaged the fabric. I am also a few hours in now and whilst they fit well to begin with, they're now baggy at the knees. These everyday things (and more) happen everyday in my much older lycra leggings from sports shops and I have never experienced any issues with sagging or snagging. I don't anticipate they will wash well either. There was a card included with my order advising not to wash with zips or anything that may potentially damage the fabric, and given the integrity of the leggings is already compromised, I can't imagine they'll do well with multiple wears.- Whilst a solution to the above point was received swiftly by the company, the solution was that I could cut away the bobbles on the fabric with the purchase of a bladed item, rather than to offer a return and refund. It was also mentioned on Facebook chat to the company that its normal for their leggings to click and snag, especially on leggings with print, which wasn't mentioned on the website product information, and had I known this I wouldn't have purchased. A little disappointing given photographic evidence was also sent showing the condition of the leggings.Don't think I'll be purchasing again, which is a shame as I had high hopes!

Love love love this brand. Wearing training gear that fits like a glove, is seriously comfy and you have to love the various patterns. Customer service from Charlene, the owner, is just fantastic.
