Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Surgery very clean and tidy. My only bugbear is the parking situation. If I have an appointment after 10, it's very stressful for me to try to find a parking space. It's luck if I manage to find one after this time, and I get very anxious if my appointment is after 10. Cars are parked everywhere. They did try to discourage people from getting to appointments too early to help with the parking situation, but as usual people do what they want and only think of themselves. Went there at 10 the other day and cars were in front of me trying to park and having to leave, just as I had to do.

Been on the phone queue for 45 mins just to be informed no slots to book an appointment. Have to call next day to book appointment. I don?t understand why they cannot book for next day while on the phone. What happens if the same issue happens next day, wait an hour to be informed no slots available. Absolutely ridiculous Someone needs to look into it ?

I have been trying to see a GP for several weeks. The phone queue system is ridiculous - you have to hold for (and this is absolutely true) about an hour, and then when you finally get through they tell you there is nothing for the next few weeks, and you are unable to book anything after that "You just have to keep trying by calling in". I could have a urgent problem, they'll never know! I also see on here they don't reply to these reviews, so I just don't know what to do.

Good parking lot, enormous place. The staff was very friendly and the service punctual.It is not the place you choose to go, but if you need to go, you will be well served.

Telephone confirmation is recommended even through you booked in advance.The reception reminder always wrong.

Had the most efficient G.P experience today , probably one of the best In my 50 plus years. I won't drop names, but a G.P saw me ( face 2 face) 6 days ago, we agreed a plan together about a simple skin condition, she was genuinely caring and listened to me with interest. My treatment plan was hinged on a blood test . Which I had and within that same day my results were in and a script had been arranged. Impressed beyond all expectations

This team provides a marvellous service. They recently provided palliative care for a relative of mine. My whole family cannot speak highly enough of the GPs and the wider team. Malmesbury is lucky to have such a great team that can maintain standards in spite of the current NHS difficulties. Well done!

I spoke to one of the reception team today (9/12) and she couldn?t have been more helpful. She was caring and patient and her excellent sense of humour made the call a pleasant experience. I wish I?d taken her name. She should be running training courses.

Hi just wanted to day thank you to the reception team and Dr Philips - I called with a question following my appointment on Wednesday and had a text back from Dr Philips this afternoon. Fantastic service and a fantastic team. We're lucky to have the surgery in Malmesbury.

I have had nothing but excellent service by the staff at the centre, they are willing to help, never had a problem getting an appointment, okay yes you have to wait in the queue but never been more than 10 mins. Great job.

Absolutely appalled. I had an appointment booked and confirmed it on the phone on two separate occasions. I arrived and the receptionist confirmed my personal details, said my doctor was working upstairs and sent me upstairs. I waited for over an hour but was never called for. I spoke to another receptionist and she said I had no appointment booked. I explained that the original receptionist had confirmed my details and told me to wait upstairs so she asked the original receptionist about this. The original receptionist then LIED about having never sent me upstairs or confirming my details. They wasted over an hour of my time and I never got to see the doctor in the end. I strongly believe that original receptionist messed up my appointment somehow and instead of owning up to it, she pretended that I was the one lying. Disgraceful behaviour from the receptionist.
