Best service I have ever had from an optician. Far more than an just an opticians. Fantastic customer service, a very thorough and friendly eye examination followed by 1:1 time from the lovely staff helping me try on a great range of frames until we found the right pair. A really good experience all round and I felt very well looked after from the moment I stepped in. I left with not just some super stylish glasses but also a big smile! Thanks guys!

My Mother's annual eye test was due, and for the last 20 years we've been coming here, and the customer service was excellent. My mother struggles and they couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating to her needs.Fully recommend, for the care and expertise.

An amazing experience today. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered the building. The eye exam itself was the most comprehensive I have ever received and everything was patiently explained to me. This was followed by a fitting session that really concentrated on how the glasses could be tailored for my personal circumstances.I could not fault the friendly yet highly professional customer focused experience and would recommend Malmesbury Opticians to all.

Having had a really poor experience elsewhere I wasn't sure what to expect when visiting Malmesbury Opticians for the first time, What a difference, the eye test performed by Ian was both interesting and informative leading to the purchase of a new set of glasses with Lydia not trying to oversell but give me the best advise for me. No comparison from my previous opticians to here, Superb service from start to finish. Thankyou, would highly recommend to others.

This was by far my best experience in getting varifocal lenses prescribed and fitted. Couldn't be happier! I have had issues in the past (elsewhere) with varifocal prescriptions - David diligently took me through the options, took the necessary measurements, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Thank you to the very friendly team at Malmesbury Opticians - exceptional practitioners.

Fabulous! Upon entering the store, the atmosphere exudes a wonderfully vintage and hospitable vibe. I recently had my glasses repaired, and the staff was delightful and promptly assisted me as soon as I stepped inside. Lovely experience at Malmesbury Opticians! The staff were so nice, Hannah was lovely and explained everything so well to me while testing my eyes, was really thorough and was a lovely person! The lady who helped me choose new glasses (I?m sorry I didn?t catch her name!) was also really lovely and helpful, definitely the nicest Opticians experience I?ve had!

I just want to say thank you to Malmesbury Opticians for their first class care. I attended an appointment, which I managed to get at short notice, for an issue with my eye that I was very concerned about. All the staff are really, really lovely, and my optician was extremely thorough and talked me through my issue in such a way that I completely understood the problem. I thoroughly recommend this company should you need help with your eyes; they also have a wide range of glasses and staff that are trained to help you find the right style for you.

I have been a patient at this opticians for over 10 years. Five stars are not enough to say how wonderful the people are who work here. Not only are they top notch in their clinical skills, I have always been greeted with warmth and kindness. When I have required an emergency examination, they have gone out of their way to see me that very day. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
