I have visited twice now, and both times have been fantastic. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming, you?re greeted with a bottle of water and your chair pulled out. They are super accommodating and attentive, as well as amazing at doing nails!! No design has been an issue, and they are super quick also. Prices are reasonable and match with other businesses I?ve attended. I will be returning many more times!! Thanks again. :)

Shocking nails, really lumpy and started peeling after 12 hours, I had to file off gel from around the nails and have now taken the gel off as they looked so bad.

Due to my location changing between London and Malmesbury frequently, i usually get my gel nails done in London. Mainly because there are so many nail bars, that the costs are very competitive/cheap, without a lack of quality. Today, whilst gardening in Malmesbury, i broke a nail and the gel started to peal off this one nail. It eventually came completely away by the end of the afternoon. My nails were nowhere near due for renewal, so i called Malmesbury Nails, as i live very close, when at home. They told me that they could help immediately, so i rushed around as it was very late afternoon. She (wish i could tell you her name!) found the exact colour and only charged a very, very small amount for a manicure and gel application to match perfectly the rest of my nails. The experience was over and beyond what i expected. I think that i will start using this salon more often when i am resident in Malmesbury.!

I live in Bath so am spoilt for choice on salons and nail bars, there are so many! I know a good salon when I find one and when I visit my father who lives in Malmesbury, I love to visit this place for a pedicure. It?s fantastic, very relaxing and lots of attention to detail. The products used made my skin feel amazing and the hot towel with foot mask and reflexology massage after was sublime. Highly recommended.Service: Pedicure

I have been going here for ages but totally frustrating when you book a time with your favourite technician and she ands up doing another customer nails? I will be going to Cirencester from now .. really poor service

The most amazing experience. The staff were so great, gave free water and sat me on a chair, and came over quickly, I just showed photos and they replicated them exactly. Honestly, just fab! Would so highly recommend, such excellent customer service and very professional, while also good value. Will definitely be going back.Service: Manicure

I?m not sure what went wrong here to be honest, all the reviews made this place seem great, super cheap prices but my nail tech seemed to rush the whole process, nails are super uneven in thickness, bad shaping as they?re all wonky, and the acrylic went over my cuticles so now they have grown out a bit I have ridges of acrylic on my nail bed, I won?t be going backService: Acrylic nails

Absolutely brill! My nails always look superb and the ladies working in there are just so talented. I can ask for whatever nail art I find on Pinterest and they can do it. Sometimes I do have to wait a long time, even if I have booked an appointment, but it's always worth it.Services: Sculpted nails

This is probably the worst set of nails I?ve ever had. I had one colour shellac, it?s patchy and chipped after a couple of hours. Such a waste of money
